Kindly ensure that your birth details are correctly entered in the app:

Open the app.

Select the "You" tab on the bottom of the page with the icon of a person.

Select the person icon at the top right of the page.

Tap on any part to edit that specific information.

Select 'Done' at the top right corner once you have finished.
